The L2's team contains a good mixture of players - some with a lot of experience and some very talented youngsters. The role of team manager would primarily involve match day support (Saturday's September to March - ideally home and away fixtures) carrying out admin, running the bench and providing technical and tactical input before, during and after the game alongside the team captain.

This is a volunteer role although reasonable costs and expenses can be covered. The role could also potentially include input into team selection and additional administrative support during the week if the successful candidate can or would like to commit more time.

The role would suit former players, current players with an injury or someone with a good understanding of hockey. A player-manager would also be considered. Good communication and organisational skills are vital as well as a passion for the game and a desire to help a team with a great group of players, competing at a high level, to achieve their goals.
