Starting on Wednesday 30th August from 7-8:30pm each week; Bedford Hockey Club will be running 6 weeks of Just Turn Up hockey sessions. Suitable for ladies aged 13+ the weekly sessions will be an informal and fun introduction (or reintroduction) into our exciting, fast team sport. Led by our level 2 qualified coaches these sessions are aimed at beginners or those who have been out of the game for a while and will cover all the basic skills which will lead you into opportunities to play matches for the club if you choose to join after the 6 sessions which cost £1 each.

Hockey kit can be provided (sticks, shinpads) so participants just need to wear sports/activewear and astro’s or trainers.

Bedford Hockey Club is one of the region’s largest and most successful hockey clubs. We enjoyed a huge amount of success last season with four out of our six ladies teams promoted whilst the club has a double astro, on site clubhouse and a very friendly/social atmosphere.
