Pre-season fitness training will start for all teams on Tuesday 12th July. L1s and 2s Jacko and YVY will be in touch with all the what, where and when info in due course. The club session (L3-6's) will take place each Tuesday evening in Allen Park by the club from 7pm and will be a choice between "Fitness in the Park" and "Rush Hockey".
