This week saw wins again for the top 2 men's teams in the club & another win for the unbeaten newly formed Bedford 5s (badgers) side.

Men's 1s continued their winning form with a 4-1 win on the road against local rivals Cambridge City. With the team missing prolific goal scorer Simba Chigwada due to injury, Richard Hamilton stepped up to bag 2 goals and 3 points for the might maroons.

Men's 2s after scoring 8 goals last week the lads were on high spirits to face Witham 1s at Chester Road. Adam Priston was again on fine form finding the net making it 3 goals in as many games, with Steve Adams also finding himself on the score sheet. Bedford youngster Taylor Bland bagged a brace to make the end score 4-2 to Bedford.

Mens 3s travelled to St Neots to play a strong Royston 1s side, although unfortunately the only winner here was the weather, with the pitch flooding & so the fixture had to be abandoned and will be replayed at a later date.

Mens 4s no game this week.

Mens Vets travelled to joint top of div 6SW Shefford & Sandy 2s, where youth won out to beat our Vets 0-7.

Mens 5s travelled to Southgate Adelaide, north London, where they came out victors in a 3-1 score line. This win takes their unbeaten run to 9 games on the bounce! where they have won 8 and drawn just 1.

Next week every team has a game, with 4 having home fixtures at Chester Road:
11:00 - Mens 5s v Stevenage 6XI
13:00 - Mens Vets v WGC 3XI
14:45 - Mens 1s v Blueherts 1XI
16:00 - Mens 3s v Broxbourne 1XI
