Bedford strengthen At the back with they're 2nd Defensive signing of the summer Daniel Jakeman. Daniel moves down South to Bedford after a 2 year stint with Chester 1s and is looking forward to the new challenges ahead with Bedford HC.

In Daniels junior years he spent 3 years at Bangor Uni representing their first team for 3 seasons, including captaining the side in his 2011/12 season & then progressing to player coach in his 3rd year. He also represented Worcestershire county from youth levels to U18s.

Daniel joins the Men's 1s squad for summer pre-season fitness and we wish him the best for the season ahead.
