The team is a strong blend of emerging junior talent and driven senior players, all committed to improving individually and collectively with the goal of securing promotion from East Division 2 South West.

This is an excellent opportunity for a developing coach or someone with experience who wants to help shape a competitive and cohesive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver structured and engaging training sessions on Wednesday evenings.
• Foster an environment focused on development, teamwork and progression.
• Work closely with team captains and other coaches to ensure alignment across the women’s section.
• Provide matchday support on Saturdays where possible (preferred).
• Give regular feedback to players and help create a clear team identity.

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone who communicates clearly and positively with players of different ages and experience.
• Coaching experience (Level 1 minimum with ambitions to progress to Level 2).
• A passion for supporting progression at both an individual and team level.
• Enthusiasm, reliability, and commitment to the squad's goals.
