The Role - We’re looking for a coach who can:

• Provide matchday support for the Ladies 2nd XI (Saturday league fixtures and friendlies).
• Assist with Tuesday evening training sessions for the Ladies 1s and 2s squads.
• Contribute to the planning and delivery of high-quality, structured sessions.
• Offer individual feedback and help create a positive, performance-focused culture.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Performance, captains and other club personnel

? Who We’re Looking For - The ideal candidate will:

• Have recent experience coaching or playing at a high level.
• Hold (or be working towards) an England Hockey coaching qualification (Level 2 preferred).
• Be a confident, positive communicator, with a collaborative and team-focused approach.
• Be available for most matchdays during the season, with additional involvement at training.
• Be passionate about developing players and supporting team performance in a competitive league.
