Sunday morning juniors are back! Please ensure you have completed the 3 steps needed to ensure that your child can participate.

We are pleased to confirm that the hard work of our junior coordinator and coaches has paid off; Sunday morning juniors resume training this Sunday, 20th September 2020.

If you would like your child/children to participate, please ensure you have completed these three steps online before you arrive:

Firstly please read and complete the England Hockey Consent to play for each of your children

Secondly, we are introducing a new COVID-19 Track & Trace system for all attendees (players, spectators, coaches, umpires, parents etc) utilising a Virtual Check-In system. This uses a QR code and requires you bring your mobile phone with you at all times. The process will be facilitated if you all pre-register using this link before you arrive as you will have to verify your registration via an instant return email.

Having pre-registered, when you arrive at the pitch, point your phone camera at the QR code and it will then recognise you and ask you if you are a player, spectator etc and how many children you have with you. Answer and walk on! When you leave point your camera at the QR code again and you will be automatically logged out. You now need to do this every time you visit the club. There will be people on site to help with this.

Lastly, please use this online form to provide contact and medical details for your children.

We're sorry if this seems like a lot to fill in straight away but we are sure you appreciate that it has taken a lot of planning this year to get junior hockey back up and running in a safe way.

Please do ask if you have any more questions, otherwise we look forward to seeing you on Sunday (9.30am for U8s and U10, expect 11.10am start on pitch for U12s and U14s, allowing for a socially distanced change over).
