It’s a very informal day of hockey where teams are mixed between all the 6 ladies sides. The event will be expanded this year and we are adding our inaugural walking hockey session and welcome anyone interested in playing hockey again to enjoy an introductory Back to Hockey session.

We are looking to add new activities this year including a picnic, hockey challenges, a cake sale and weather permitting a slip and slide plus MORE!! The bar will be open and the timings are planned as below...

Back to Hockey Session at 1pm (REGISTRATION FROM 12-30)
Who is this aimed at? Those who are interested in getting back to hockey after a break from the game. BHC are starting a L7’s team next season so we are looking to recruit new players. This session will be skills-based recapping some of the basics and lead by a level 2 coach.

Walking Hockey Session (Followed by Tea and Cake) at 1pm (REGISTRATION FROM 12-30)
Who is this aimed at? Mum’s and anyone looking for a little gentle exercise with hockey sticks – mini game format. Rules will be kept very simple and sticks can be borrowed. Just wear sports/active wear and trainers.

Ladies 7 aside tournament from 11am until 2pm (REGISTRATION FROM 10-30)
Who is this aimed at? All BHC ladies section members past, present and future!!
The cost of tournament entry for players is £10 and the walking hockey and back to hockey sessions are just £5.
