U8s narrowly miss out on tournament finals

The older of our two under 8 teams, under the watch of coach Debbie Wilson, made a slow start to the annual Luton tournament narrowly losing their first two group games. However, as confidence grew they put on a stunning team display and won their last 3 games emphatically with a flurry of goals and only narrowly missing a place in the finals. They finished a very respectable 3rd in their group, gained valuable experience playing together as a team - and had a fantastic time!
